The Commandos face tough challenge in first round of MHL Playoffs
Dieppe, NB – The Dieppe Commandos will face the Summerside Western Capitals in the first round matchup of the Kent Cup Playoffs. The Western Capitals are the Kent Cup defending champions and are also getting ready to host the Junior A national championship next season.
For the 2012 Playoffs, the Commandos and Molson Coors Canada have partnered to offer a 2 for $5 on all Molson products at all Dieppe Commandos home games. Come enjoy great hockey games and enjoy a cold drink.
“This is a great opportunity for our hockey club to measure ourselves with one of the most successful Junior A franchise. They play a hard type game and we will certainly have to elevate our game. We’re proud of the progress we’ve made through out the season and we will use the next week to prepare as best as we can for the Capitals,” said Jean-François Damphousse, General Manager for the Commandos.
